Do I need to know what is wrong before booking?
No. Pain, a new symptom, a worrying test result or a question about your health are all reasons to make an appointment. The consultation is also a chance to work out what is happening and where to start. You can describe what you are experiencing in English.
Can I have an online appointment or a home visit?
Both are available, alongside appointments in Jardim Botânico. Online consultations in English are available throughout Brazil, when a physical examination is not needed. For home visits, availability at your address is confirmed when booking.
How do booking and payment work?
You can book through WhatsApp or Doctoralia. Fees are confirmed when booking. An invoice and supporting documents can be provided for an insurance reimbursement claim; whether your insurer will reimburse you depends on your policy.
